Jeremy Banilevi of Zelnik & Company represented the Tenant in the transaction. Formerly home to Footlight Shoes, il laboratorio del gelato is slated open later this year.
The expanding gelato brand is currently seeking Manhattan sites in the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Chelsea, the Flatiron District and Greenwich Village.
