687 Broadway in NoHo has been leased to CutandCropped.

CutandCropped is a boutique lifestyle brand that created the iconic Italian Charm Experience. Customers can browse thousands of unique charms and build their own personalized bracelet on the spot.

The accessory brand took 1,050 sf on the ground with an additional 400 sf in the Mezzanine on the busy Broadway block.

Cutandcropped has more than 19,000 followers on its lnstagram page, and needed a second store to better serve its customers.

Thousands of people visit the brand’s Soho location each week. And lines are often out the door, founder Sophie Demurjian said in a statement.

“The response showed us that there was an opportunity to grow beyond one location while still staying true to the experience that made Cutandcropped special,” Demurjian said. “Opening a second store in NoHo on Broadway felt like the natural next step. We wanted to create a larger, elevated space where we could expand the experience, introduce new concepts, and accommodate more customers.”

Jeremy Banilevi and Cory Zelnik represented the Landlord and Tenant on the transaction.

Banilevi said the nearby businesses on the NoHo block also tantalized Cutandcropped.

“What also played a big part in getting the tenant in the space was the Go Greek Yogurt that opened on the corner,” Banilevi said. “Go Greek Yogurt has a similar customer. A lot of the girls aged 16 to 25 are going to Go Greek Yogurt and are also shopping at Cutandcropped.”

The deal is the third Banilevi has done on NoHo’s Broadway street this year. He also worked on Go Greek Yogurt’s 1,000-square-foot lease at 683 Broadway and Liberty Bagels’ 5,700-square-foot lease at 650 Broadway

Formerly home to The Evolution Store, CutandCropped is slated to open Fall 2026. Congratulations to all.
