Banilevi brings Moomoo to Herald Square.

Trading platform inks lease in Herald Towers.

Moomoo has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at the Northeast corner of Broadway & W 33rd Street in Herald Square.

The global investment and trading platform offers commission-free trading for stocks, options, and ETFs with advanced analytical tools for both novice and experienced traders.

Herald Towers, across from Macy’s will be its first retail location in the United States. Herald Towers is a large, 25-story rental apartment building with 690 residential units that was once the McAlpin Hotel.

Jeremy Banilevi and Cory Zelnik represented Moomoo on the deal while JLL’s Patrick Smith, Corey Zolcinski and Matt Ogle represented the Landlord, JEMB Realty.

The International financial trading platform is slated to open Spring 2026. Congratulations to everyone involved on this very exciting deal.
