Glaze Teriyaki Grill signed a 12-year lease for approximately 915 square feet at 60 West 56th Street. The asking rent was $210 per square foot. With its other two stores centered on Lexington Avenue and Fourth Avenue, this Seattle-style teriyaki restaurant will now have its third location in Manhattan in the heart of Midtown.

Naya Express also signed a 12-year lease on 56th Street. The authentic Lebanese restaurant inked its 3rd Manhattan location at 54 West 56th Street in the former Cucina Gourmet space. Naya Express took 1,300 square feet on the ground and 1,900 square feet in the basement. The asking rent was $230 per square foot. Retail leasing agents Cory Zelnik and Adam Langer, of Zelnik & Company LLC, assisted the Landlord, BLDG Management Co., on the deal. Naya Express was also represented by Langer of Zelnik & Company.

"Both Glaze & Naya were drawn to the unique Midtown block that boasts a plethora of thriving food users and caters to the commercial, residential and hospitality markets alike," stated Langer."The busy side street has always been a food destination but recently the tenant roster on 56th Street has transformed from your average gourmet deli to hip new lunchtime hot spots. Midtown foodies are taking notice."
