Manhattan, NY Jason Turner and Anna Rhein, of Zelnik & Co. LLC, have completed two deals with Think Closet, a woman's fashion boutique specializing in feminine apparel that blends Asian trends with American style. The leases represent the stores fourth and fifth area locations.

The first deal was at 324 Columbus Ave. Think Closet signed a ten year lease for 800 s/f on the ground floor. The asking rent was $250 per s/f. Think Closet will also be opening up later this year at 318 Bleecker St. The boutique signed a ten year lease for 450 s/f on the ground floor. The space, which includes a small basement, had an asking rent of $350 per s/f.

"Think Closet's interest in both Columbus Ave. and Bleecker St. is directly related to the increasing number of fashion tenants on those corridors" said Turner.

Rafe Evans, of Walker Malloy & Co., represented the landlord of 324 Columbus Ave. Giro DeSimone, of Village Dwellings, advised the landlord of 318 Bleecker St.

Zelnik & Company LLC is a boutique retail real estate firm based in Manhattan. With over 24 years of experience and several million square feet rented on behalf of both tenants and landlords, Zelnik & Company holds steady as one of New York's preeminent commercial firms.
