Friday, April 29, 2011 - Jason Turner and Anna Rhein, of Zelnik & Company LLC, have completed two deals with Think Closet, a woman’s fashion boutique specializing in feminine apparel that blends Asian trends with American style. The leases represent the stores fourth and fifth Manhattan locations.

The first deal was at 324 Columbus Avenue where Think Closet signed a ten-year lease for 800 sf on the ground floor. The asking rent was $250 per sf. Think Closet will also be opening up later this year at 318 Bleecker Street where the boutique signed a ten-year lease for 450 sf on the ground floor. The space, which includes a small basement, had an asking rent of $350 per square foot.

Jason Turner and Anna Rhein, of Zelnik & Co. represented the tenant.
“Think Closet’s interest in both Columbus Avenue and Bleecker Street is directly related to the increasing number of fashion tenants on those corridors” stated Turner.

Rafe Evans, of Walker Malloy & Company, represented the owner of 324 Columbus Avenue. While Giro DeSimone, of Village Dwellings advised the owners of 318 Bleecker Street.
