Pancake Co. Flips for NYC

Zelnik & Company has completed three deals with Grupo MYT, the parent company to Mexico’s popular La Crepe Parisienne and Moshi Moshi, Mexico’s only conveyor-belt sushi restaurant.

The company’s Jason Turner and Anna Rhein completed two leases with the fast-food crepe shop, La Crepe Parisienne. The first location is at 114 University Place for 500 square feet with an asking rent of $250 psf.

La Crepe Parisienne will also be opening up later this year at 300 Bleecker Street, signing a long term lease for 485 square feet on the ground and 350 square feet in the basement. The asking rent for 300 Bleecker Street was $300 per square foot.

The Mexico-based company will also be opening up New York’s first Moshi Moshi location. The sushi chain signed a lease for 1,250 square feet at the corner location of 330 West Broadway. The asking rent for this space was $250 per square foot. Moshi Moshi is slated to open in early 2011.
