Former New York Giants All Star running back Tiki Barber and spinning guru Ruth Zukerman have joined forces to open a new spin studio in Chelsea.
Retail leasing agents Cory Zelnik and Adam Langer, of Zelnik & Company, completed a deal with the partners’ Flywheel Sports at Echelon Chelsea on West 21st Street.

This is the spinning & yoga studio’s first ever location. They signed a 10-year lease for 3,375 s/f on the ground at 37 West 21st Street. The asking rent for the space was $75 per square foot. Both tenant and landlord were represented by Zelnik & Company.

Echelon Chelsea is an upscale apartment community. There is approximately 6,000 s/f of retail space remaining in the building.
